Converse was releasing a new basketball shoe and they didn’t want the classic custom wood box, so they asked for a special backpack to be designed and made for 20 pairs of shoes.

The backpack has an aluminum frame with a plastic nylon roll-top bag inside the frame. The bag is held in place by a stretch-front cover with two welded pockets added to the front. Each backpack was entirely hand made.
